Hanging around the park, pooping, sniffing butts. That’s the life of a pug, and now it can be yours courtesy of the latest entrant in the growing pug-sim genreButt Sniffin Pugs.

The game first debuted at GDC way back in early 2015 with a weird custom pug butt/tennis ball controller, but developer SpaceBeagles has just launched a Kickstarter campaign to help bring the world of Central Bark to a wider audience.

They bill the game as “A cooperative explorathon about pugs, butt sniffin, and friendship!” which is really pretty irresistible. From the looks of it, you basically wander around a dog park using your special ‘pug powers’ to solve puzzles. What are those pug powers, you ask? Pooping, peeing, and sleeping look to figure highly, along with digging, licking, and eating. The possibilities are basically limitless.

They’re looking to raise $60,000 on Kickstarter for a Q1 2018 release on PC, Mac, and PS4, and I genuinely don’t know why you wouldn’t back this. Get to it people, the world needs more butt sniffin’ pugs.
